Never look at the camera or your audience. It is extremely distracting to the listeners. Also try to start interpreting the peice more. It seems like in this performance your were just playing notes. Add dynamics, colour change, etc. Really try to sell the passion you have while your performing other wise it looks like you dont care if your playing for the audience or not
